Both International Arts Centre and U Thrive Europe have completed the selection of the participating mothers in the summer retreat taking place this August in Šibenik, Croatia. We have received a substantial number of applications by some very interesting and inspiring women, and the selection of only 10 among them has been really difficult. In making our choice we have focused on selecting women who are active in their communities, have the potential to disseminate information about the project’s results and outputs, and are passionate about the environment.
The first meeting of the selected summer retreat participants will take place on June 21 on Zoom where they will have the opportunity to meet each other and start building rapport. We are looking forward to seeing what this amazing group will achieve together!
