The general public will be informed about the project’s results through the organizing of three multiplier events, focusing on promoting the project and its results on local level, in particular to families, fellow-mothers, community activists and young people. The objective of the multiplier events would be to empower people to seek a healthier relationship with the environment, and to inform and attract more people to our organisations’ activities. Participants will be also encouraged to explore creative mediums and formats for self-expression and civic participation.
Meetings with local community members
Two presentations, one in Brussels and one in Zagreb, will provide project participants with the opportunity to share what they have learned and created directly to members of their communities. The presentations will be conceived and delivered by some of the mothers who have participated in the summer retreat and in the creation of the Guidelines for Understanding Environmental Protection and Economic Sustainability. They will reach out directly to families, fellow mothers, and young people to talk about environmental protection and sustainable living.
HOPE Brussels 2023
The project will be presented to participants in the HOPE Brussels 2023 fair, an event featuring sustainable projects and citizen initiatives, and promoting, sensibilizing and supporting the ecological and social transitions of EU societies. It provides an excellent opportunity for project team members to liaise with colleagues from the NGO sector active in environmental protection and women’s activism, and to speak directly to fellow mothers, young people, and everyone else sharing our concern for the environment and the health of our children.
